Prices & GST
All prices shown on the Nushine website are in Australian Dollars. Prices shown on Nushine do not include GST
Delivery charges and applicable taxes (10% GST) will be included in the final checkout stages of the shopping cart transaction.

To pay by cash please choose “Print Order Form” at the checkout we will automatically get a copy of the list of products you ordered. Alternatively you can just phone or fax your order through to us for processing

Nushine shall not be responsible for any losses relating to fraudulent or unauthorised use of a credit card.
 
Title of Goods
Title of goods sold does not transfer to the purchaser until payment is received in full, whether the purchase order was received by phone, facsimile or placed via this website.

 
30 Day Trading Account
If you are a registered Australian business and you would like to become a regular client we are happy to open a 30 day trading account for you. Minimum purchase for trading acount is $500.00 purchase per month. Please contact us for an account application form at sales@nushine,com.au  Directors guarantees must be signed when applying ofr a trade account.  No exceptions

Manufacturer product styling and colour may vary slightly from one batch to another. In addition, customer computer systems may vary the presentation of colours on screen and in print.

Delivery
All items will be delivered as per the details given upon ordering. Nushine reserve the right to deliver your product via any transport they deem to be cost effective and reliable. Nushine do not profit from the cost of freight intentionally, however due to the large range of shapes, sizes and weight of our varied products we are forced to use in most cases a flat rate freight charge which will at times be hard to calculate an exact freight charge for your item. We endeavour to deliver within 3 to 5 days of the order being confirmed. There are times, when due to a fluctuation in supply we may sell out of an item and it will take longer. If a delay is expected, we will endeavour to contact you directly and discuss alternative products or offer a solution to the delay which both parties can agree upon.
 
Shipping Fees
Melbourne Metro All freight is caculated on the size and weight of the parcel being delivered.
Country Victoria and Interstate please contact us before finalising your order and we will advise you how much freight to purchase from our own freight category on the home page of our site.

Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, choose the quantity you require then click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. Once you have gone through the website and added all the products you require into your shopping basket you simply click on “shopping Basket” in the top left corner. You will then be guided through the checkout process. If at any time prior to finalising the payment you need to add another product or even cancel the whole order you are able to do so easily.
 
After Sales Services and Warranties
We guarantee to provide the best possible service and quality products available. All products we sell meet Australian Standards. Each item that is on sale has the information attached. Please ensure that you read this information before proceeding to the confirmation section at the shopping cart.   Warranties for our products will vary from supplier to supplier for warranty details please review each individual product description.

Refund Policy 
We understand that sometimes you ordered wrong or even just changed your mind regarding a sale or want to swap the product or colour. To claim a refund on any of the items purchased, please contact Nushine within 7 days of purchase.  Management will review your sale and a refund or replacement may be given at their discretion. Shipping both ways is the customer’s responsibility in all cases. Shipping may be refunded at the discretion of management if the product is deemed to be a manufacturers fault.
Refund Return Terms You Must Read Before Returning A Product
  1. The returned item/s are received by us within 7days of us providing you with a return approval.
  2. The item/s are returned to us in “as new” condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories, tags, labels and manuals complete and intact
  3.  The item/s are NOT opened, used, worn or damaged, and are in 100% re-saleable condition
  4. That you DO NOT write or stick anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please write ONLY on the outer postage packaging
  5. Your refund will be the amount you paid for the item/s returned, minus a restocking fee of $4.95 per item returned

 

Damaged or Faulty Items
All items are checked before they leave our warehouse and are sold (electrical goods) with a Warranty that ensures that the product/s are in good working order and they will be able to be used as intended by the manufacturer and/or specified by us.
Many electrical and mechanical items come with a 12 month warranty. Please refer to each item’s listing for the applicable warranty period. Under this warranty provisions, Nushine will repair or replace damaged or faulty goods. If the product/s cannot be repaired or exchanged by the same or another product/s with at least the same specifications, a credit voucher or full refund will be provided.
We recommend you retain the packaging your item/s comes in for the duration of the warranty period so that, in the unlikely event that you will need to return an item for repair or replacement, you will have adequate packaging available to do so.
 
In the event that your product is damaged in transit our insurance policies require photos to enable us to make a claim for damage caused to a package in transit. Please make sure that if you receive a damaged item you email us photos of both the damage item and the packaging, together with your claim.
 
Chemicals and Cleaning Agents
These products are warranted free from defects of manufacture. Defective product will be replaced. No other warranties are given in respect of the product or its fitness for any particular application and no warranties or conditions are to be applied.
 
Exclusions
Replacements or refunds under warranty do not apply if the product has not been installed, operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided with the product.
If the product has been used in a manner other than for which it was designed, to the extent permitted by the relevant legislation, Nushine excludes any liability for any indirect or consequential loss (including for loss of revenue or loss of use) arising from or in any way relating to the purchase or use of the product.
 
Refund Law
Under the Trade Practices Act 1974 (“Act”), where implied conditions and warranties cannot be excluded, any liability to Nushine for breach of such conditions and warranties (other than a condition or warranty implied by section 69 of the Act) shall be limited, at the option of Nushine to the replacement of the product(s) or the re-supply of the same product(s); the payment of the cost of replacing the product(s) or of acquiring equivalent product(s).

Cancellations
You Cancel: Should you wish to cancel your order and we have ordered special stock in for the order there will be a 30% restocking fee. If we have not had to order stock in for your order no restocking fee will apply.
Nushine Cancel your order: If Nushine are instructed by you the client to cancelled your order after payment has been made due to you the customer not determining with Nushine the correct freight charge for all interstate or country orders than Nushine reserve the right to charge an admin fee of $4.00 plus any applicable GST to reverse the funds back to your account.

Information Collection and Used By Nushine
Nushine.com.au is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Nushine.com.au collects information from our users at several different points on our website.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once you have made your transaction your credit details are deleted by our gateway suppliers.

Changes you can make
To make any changes to your personal information, Log In to your account on the Nushine  website using your email and password then select "Your Account"  from Your Account you can change or review the following 4 details:
Personal Info: this is where your contact details address and phone number is stored, you can change this detail any time you require
Order History: in here you can review every order you have ever placed with us (read only no changes can be made)
Change Password: you can change your personal password any time you wish an auto email will be generated with your new password details and sent to your in box. We do not have access to your password.
Newsletter: this is where you can subscribe or unsubscribe to our newsletter. From time to time we will send a newsletter email to let you know about new product, promotional products, giveaways, discount coupons or just general information.

Liability
Nushine shall not be responsible for any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear,wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party.
If the goods supplied to you are in any way defective or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should contact Nushine by phone or notify Nushine by post, fax or email in accordance with the contact details.
Nushine will not be liable for losses relating to any business (such as lost profits or consequential loss) which arise from any failure by Nushine to supply the goods in accordance with the contract.
Nushine shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these terms of sale if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond Nushine’s reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
